Wayne Vitzthum has over 32 years of experience in the construction business: 10 years in home construction and 23 years in the post frame construction industry. Wayne began as a crew laborer, eventually advancing to crew foreman. Wayne also has experience in the design area of post frame construction, along with order processing and management of multiple crews. Following his passion for post frame construction, Wayne, along with his partners, is launching Leading Edge Builders. Wayne and his wife, Lynette, reside in Oskaloosa where they have raised their two children, Jessica and Tyler. |

Curtis Crill has 13 years of experience in the post frame construction business. Curtis began as a crew laborer and worked his way up the ladder, serving as a crew foreman for the last 9 years. Curtis has constructed many buildings around the Central and South Central Iowa area, and his customers speak highly of his attention to detail and customer service. Curtis was born and raised on the farm, and currently resides in Rose Hill where he continues to help with the family farm. |
